Edouard von Herberstein
Edouard is the founder and CEO of SPECTRA and a recognized leader in cyber risk and cyber insurance, with 25+ years of experience across the US and UK insurance markets. He has expertise in risk transfer solutions for systemic and intangible risks, particularly cyber, and brings over a decade of experience across the cyber insurance supply chain. Edouard founded SPECTRA in 2022, to certify market leading MSPs, putting them on the resilient map of cybersecurity providers that businesses and their insurers can trust.

Eric Altamura
Eric is Chief Operating Officer of SPECTRA, responsible for the company’s global operations and strategic initiatives. He is a former U.S. Army officer, Senate aide, and cybersecurity consultant with over a decade of technology, security, and risk management experience in the U.S. and abroad.

Tom Harrison
Tom is Vice President of Resilient Services. He is responsible for delivering SPECTRA’s Certification of Resilience program and cyber risk management strategy. Tom has a background in cyber risk management and data analytics, and brings 10+ years experience consulting within the finance, (re)insurance and technology sectors both within the U.K. and Bermuda.

Daniel Bradbury
Daniel is responsible for SPECTRA’s technology assets, product engineering, and R&D. He has worked in tech for 18+ years. From being on the ground level at a few SaaS start-ups, eventually a seasoned software engineer, later driving technological change and innovation in medium enterprises and some of the world’s leading financial institutions.

Alison Faulkner
Alison leads revenue operations at SPECTRA, bringing over a decade of experience in SaaS and MSP-focused go-to-market strategy. She specializes in aligning systems, data, and teams to create scalable growth infrastructure. With deep expertise in HubSpot and process optimization, Alison helps translate complexity into clarity across the business. Her structured yet collaborative approach supports both internal teams and partner success.
