Subscription Terms of Service 

• Acceptance & Subscription Terms: By purchasing a subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring subscription fee at the then-current subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.

• Automatic Renewal:  Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly, annually) for an additional period, unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

• Cancellation Policy:  You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account settings or emailing support. Cancellation must be received 5 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

• Payment & Billing: We use a third-party payment processor. If a payment is declined, we may suspend your access until payment is received. We reserve the right to change our subscription rates upon reasonable notice.

• Refund Policy:  All subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law. No prorated refunds will be provided for cancellations in the middle of a billing cycle.

• Modification of Services: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue subscription features or pricing at any time. Any material changes will be notified to you via email or a notice on our website.

SpectraCare Terms of Service  

• Annual Warranty Fee: You agree to pay an annual warranty fee outlined in the agreement (plus applicable taxes) for SpectraCare coverage. The first payment is due upon activation of the warranty, and subsequent payments will be charged on an annual basis on the anniversary of the activation date.

• Advance Payment: All annual warranty fees must be paid in advance. The warranty coverage will not initiate, or will be suspended, if payment is not received by the renewal date.

• Payment Method: A valid, authorized payment method must be maintained on file.

• Late Payments: If payment is not received within thirty (30) days of the invoice date, the warranty coverage may be suspended. SPECTRA reserves the right to charge interest on late payments or require a service fee to reinstate coverage.
  

• Termination: Failure to pay the annual fee within 30 days of the renewal date may result in the termination of the agreement.
