Director of Channel Programs

Remote Full Time

SPECTRA is the first platform uniting cybersecurity and insurance to help MSPs deliver true end-to-end cyber resilience. We’re seeking a Director of Channel Program to build and scale our MSP channel, leading partner acquisition, driving consultative discovery calls, and shaping our go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate has experience selling cybersecurity solutions through MSP channels, excels at value-driven communication, and can translate SPECTRA’s Certify, Assure, and Insure programs into clear ROI for partners. This role is perfect for someone entrepreneurial, adaptable, and energized by working in a fast-growing startup.
